Functionalized Polymers

Functionalized polymers contains functional group on the surface, which can be covalently linked with biological-active substance, such as antibodies. The variety of functional group concentration can be used to regulate the performance of immune detection, such as sensitivity, binding-efficacy and stability. Besides, the specialized surface system will make no effect on antibody coupling and absorption. Based on these characteristics, this product is useful to optimize R&D of diagnosis reagent.
Carboxyl polymer can be obtained by emulsion polymerization and used without pre-clean, with a diameter up to 20μm, standard error lower to 10% and Solids 10%. Microsphere particle diameter can be determined by dynamic light scattering or scanning electron microscopy.
